• Take 210 East and exit at Ocean View Blvd.
• Turn right onto Ocean View heading south.
• Continue down on Ocean View (approximately 1 mile) until it comes to an end and merges with Verdugo Road.
• Make a left turn on to Verdugo Road and after traveling about 50 yards you will be at the front of the building.

From La Canada, Pasadena,
San Gabriel Valley

• Take 210 West and exit at Ocean View Blvd.
• Turn right onto Ocean View heading south.

From Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank

• Take 2 (Gelendale) Freeway North toward La Canada/Flintridge.
• Stay in right hand lane and exit at Verdugo Blvd.
• Turn left on Verdugo Blvd. heading east.
• Turn left on Verdugo Road going south for 4 blocks to El Cino place and make a U-turn.
• Proced back up Verdugo Road for 50 yards and pull up in front of the building.

Parking

As reflected on the lower map (dark spaces) street parking is usually available on Verdugo Road in front of the building or on the side of the building on Chiquita Place. There is also parking behind the building and on the immediately adjacent alleyway that fronts the park.

After parking you can enter the building from the front on Verdugo Road (our office is on that same level-no stairs involved) or you can enter the building at the back using the rear entrance and going up one interior flight of stairs to reach the second level.
